Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – Ramya Pharmacy

At Ramya Pharmacy, established in 2023, our focus is on Quality, Trust, and Customer Satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

a) You can cancel your order free of cost before it is shipped. To cancel, please call us immediately on 9208272792, 9838161555 or email at support@ramyapharmacy.in with your Order ID.
b) Once your order has been shipped from our facility at Plot no 68, Ameer Ali Khera, Unnao (209801) UP, it cannot be cancelled.
c) For Prepaid orders, the refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment source.

2. Return Policy – Important

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products (tablets, capsules, syrups, churna, oils), we have a strict return policy to maintain hygiene and product integrity.

We DO NOT accept returns if:
a) The product seal is broken, opened, or used.
b) The product is returned without original packaging.
c) 48 hours have passed since delivery.

We ONLY accept returns if:
a) The product is physically damaged during transit.
b) A wrong product is delivered to you.
c) The product is expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for return, you MUST provide an unboxing video / photo proof within 48 hours of delivery to support@ramyapharmacy.in.

3. Refund Policy

a) Once your return is received and inspected at Plot no 68, Ameer Ali Khera, Unnao (209801) UP, we will notify you via email.
b) If approved, your refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days.
c) Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done via bank transfer.
d) Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchange. If you want to exchange a product, please return it as per policy and place a new order.

5. How to Initiate a Return?

Step 1: Email us at support@ramyapharmacy.in or call 9208272792, 9838161555 within 48 hours of delivery.
Step 2: Share your Order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video.
Step 3: Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you.
