Shipping Policy – Ramya Pharmacy

At Ramya Pharmacy, we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic wellness products safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours from our warehouse at Plot no 68, Ameer Ali Khera, Unnao (209801) UP. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email from support@ramyapharmacy.in once your order is confirmed.

2. Delivery Time and Location

We currently deliver all over India.
a) Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.
b) For customers in Uttar Pradesh (including Unnao, Kanpur, Lucknow), delivery is usually faster – within 2-4 working days.
c) Remote areas may take an extra 1-2 days.

3. Shipping Charges

a) FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders above Rs. 499.
b) For orders below Rs. 499, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 49 will be applied at checkout.
c) Cash on Delivery (COD) charge of Rs. 50 extra may apply.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via SMS and Email on your registered mobile number. You can also track your order directly on our website:

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or return of orders due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If the order is returned to us due to wrong address, you will need to pay reshipping charges for redelivery.

6. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, political disturbances, or courier partner delays. Ramya Pharmacy will not be liable for such delays but will keep you informed.
